Eclipse SUMO is an open source, highly portable, microscopic and continuous traffic simulation package designed to handle large networks. The Extra package contains also video recording and 3D GUI.
$ winget install --id EclipseFoundation.SUMO.Extra --exact --version 1.27.0Run in Command Prompt, PowerShell, or Windows Terminal. Prompts for any agreements.
SUMO.Extra uses MSI (WiX). The silent install switches are /quiet /norestart.

It allows for intermodal simulation including pedestrians and comes with a large set of tools for scenario creation.
Included with SUMO is a wealth of supporting tools which handle tasks such as route finding, visualization, network import and emission calculation.
SUMO can be enhanced with custom models and provides various APIs to remotely control the simulation.
