How do I install Skrooge silently for unattended deployment?

Add --silent and accept the agreements upfront: winget install --id KDE.Skrooge --exact master --silent --accept-package-agreements --accept-source-agreements. This is the variant Intune, Configuration Manager, and other deployment tools should use.
