PyMODA is a Python implementation of MODA (Multiscale Oscillatory Dynamics Analysis), a numerical toolbox developed by the Nonlinear & Biomedical Physics group at Lancaster University and the Nonlinear Dynamics and Synergetic Group at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia under the supervision of Aneta Stefanovska.

How do I install PyMODA on Windows?⌄
Open Windows Terminal, PowerShell, or Command Prompt and run: winget install --id LUPhysics.PyMODA --exact --version 1.1.0. winget downloads the installer from Lancaster University Physics and runs it. Requires Windows 10 (1809+) or Windows 11.
How do I install PyMODA silently for unattended deployment?⌄
Add --silent and accept the agreements upfront: winget install --id LUPhysics.PyMODA --exact 1.1.0 --silent --accept-package-agreements --accept-source-agreements. This is the variant Intune, Configuration Manager, and other deployment tools should use.
How do I uninstall PyMODA via winget?⌄
