Normally the runtime is installed by default with all x64 versions of Windows 11, and with x64 and x86 versions of Windows 10 22H2, which as of January 14, 2026 causes complications with the Winget verification process. Due to that, this package can by default only be installed on ARM64 devices, and users of x64/x86 versions of Windows 10 ≤21H2 cannot use this package even if they are still on Framework 4.8.0.
Copy a command tailored to that specific architecture, type, and scope - useful when winget would otherwise pick a different default.
